Thousands of workers require their "crisis", to be payed by those who created it. The imposition of unnecessarily increased taxation on basic needs' products, the cut-outs of wages and benefits, the new changes for the insurance system, were answered directly by the workers who immediately after the announcement of "economical measures" went out on the streets refusing to obey themselves to the austerity program.

 Despite the state's efforts to spread social terror and social automation, the lustful by authoritarian consensus for the new measures was not achieved!

 We do not step back, we do not consent! The social-class war takes place on the streets!

 On Thursday 4th of March in Athens, more than 10.000 protestors gathered at Propylaia and demonstrated through the centre of the city [ Fotos-Videos / 2 ], while some hours before the leadersip of GSEE (General Confederation of Workers in Greece) were refusing to call for a strike. On the same day demonstration took also place in Ioannina, Lamia, while in Arta were smashed the offices of PASOK ("socialistic" party on government). The day before, on Wednesday 3rd of March, a gathering - demonstration took place on the island of Naxos.

 On Friday 5th of March a new demonstration took place in Athens with mood for clashes and directed to the Labor Ministry, which shortly before had been evacuated, because of the fear caused to the authoritans from the crowd of protesters [ Fotos - Videos ]. During the same time at the gathering in front of the parliament, angry demonstrators gave the answer that corresponded to the President the GSEE. The MAT (Cops for Order Recovery) found themselves on the defensive several times during the demonstration, but despite this fact 5 protestors were arrested and they attacked with tear-gas on Manolis Glezos who was rushed to hospital and later to the intensive care unit. In addition, the Ministry of Interior employees have occupied the National Printing Office in order not to be printed the new law ... while since Wednesday 3rd of March is also occupied the State General Accounting Office.

 Strong demonstration took also place in Thessaloniki, with confrontational conclusion in front of the former Ministry of Macedonia-Thrace.

On Thursday 11th March, a massive demonstration took place in Athens and in several other major cities in Greece. In Athens and Thessaloniki, more than 50.000 people took part in the General Strike against new gonvermental decisions and measures, while anarchists and youths clashed with riot police. With Chrysochides now on the weel of repression, the state starts a frontal attack. Attempts to terrorize not only persons who move in political spaces, but, like during the civil war, also their friends and families, thereby criminalizing their social relationships.

  - At once arrest warrants for 6 more persons get published, who have either political or friendly relations with the people above. The only elements remain to be the finger-prints in the house of Charis Ch. The show goes on with arrest warrants that get published in series against people who are known to the prosecuting authorities for their participation in social struggles.

  - In 14/11/09 Antigoni Ch. gets arrested in front of Skaramagkas squat, with used as element a finger-print on candlestick (!!!), which disappeared later. The "dangerous terrorist", as the mass media represented her, is left temporarily free. 

  - In 5/1/2010 the case of Nikos M., was proved as one more fiasco. As elements are also used finger-prints that were found in a personal computer which was built (before the appearance of CCF) by Nikos M. for his fellow student Charis Ch. He gets allowed free until trial, accused with the Terror-law. 

  - In 1/2/2010 gets arrested one more person, with the charges against him with the Terror-law, who gets under prejail custody this time. The difference with the other cases? A finger-print on a plastic bag and one more on a printed matter. And all these in the house-"hide out" at Chalandri district.

  Through the repression of the "inland enemy" comes the society's obedience. Against the deafening silence they impose, let's give priority to our genuine solidarity with all the people who are under the target of state terrorism.

   The socialist deep state, took of it's hood! After establishing an occupation army at the center of Athens, it's answer at the murder of Mohamed Kamran Atif , was hiding with every way the murderers and the direct attack of those that went on the road to protest against the murders done by the state , [photos: 1 | 2 ]  (about the arrested   1 , 2 ) This scene of terror and the showing-off of socialist power, is completed by an total communication  blockage.
   For days now, the mass media of the regime , skilfully and tenaciously turn a deaf ear and are silent about the actions of the uniformed terrorists.
The fascism and the repression that is in hand for everyone who fights and for every voice of protest, can not still be hooded under ridiculous names and sweet words. The newly named ministry of  citizen “protection”, proved that it is willing to protect to death, using time honed recipes and practices that every state uses...tortures, police violence, state terrorism,repression!

   And despite the declared opposition against the hooding law, despite the crocodile tears about  imbalancing  the penal legislation, what was  not dared to be done by the declared fascists  was done by the hooded with socialism fascists!  For the first time with fabrications and procedural mix-ups, the new law was used! Minor charges in one night turned into felonies!
They don't just criminalize the use of hoods, they criminalize the entirety of class and social struggles, they criminalize every voice and action of of protest against the violence and terrorism that the state tries to enforce.

Thodoris Hliopoulos one of the hundreds that were arrested and/or persecuted during the December Riots  that has been on hunger strike since the 10th of July. He is imprisoned since 22 of December awaiting trial on the justiciary prisons of Koridallos, charged with three felonies and 2 misdemeanors. The charges are solely based on the testimonies of two cops of the riot police. To show solidarity the prisoners of Koridallos abstain from the commons.
 Thodoris Hliopoulos doesn't accept the things he is charged for. He is imprisoned for over 7 months in Koridallos Prisons because he “wounded Democracy” according the attorneys that ordered the prolongation of his detention for 5 more months on the 8th of July.
 The continuation of keeping Th. Hliopoulos a hostage is part of the process the state has against the riots, trying make an example out of him and terrorize all those who struggle in the roads of resistance, self – organization and solidarity , the roads of the revolt...

The last attacks  self managed social spaces and squats are part of an attempt to pressure anti-authoritarian groups and their spaces.  This a central political choice, which is supported and by  the shameless cooperation between cops and fascists. With the aim of gaging every free voice and repressing every resistance, the Para-State attacks once more with molotovs, incendiary devices and burglary attempts.

• On Thursday  9th  of July, now and officially the government in the side of Hitler's followers. Markogiannakis, deputy minister of Public Order, visited and spoke with members of the neo-nazi party Golden Dawn in St. Panteleimonas square, to whom he gave the political support of the government for the fascist attack, half an hour later, on Villa Amalias Squat.

• The dawn of Tuesday  21th   of July the squatted space that houses Radio Revolt, a train vagon of OSE in the center of the university campus of AUTH, was attacked by a unknown number of people with 3 molotov cocktails. The radio stopped it's broadcast only for 3 hours until power, which was cut for security reasons, was restored.

• On Saturday morning, 25 July 2009 at 5.05, arsonists attempted to put squat Fabrika Yfanet on fire by lighting barbecue tanks at the main iron gate. They left a bag containing six gas cans, one 4-litre petrol canister, and a box of fire-starters. The explosion could not escape the attention of squatters on standby inside the occupation for its protection (such measures were taken after the government threats against free spaces). With the help of neighbors we put down the fire, and fortunately absolutely no damage was done at all.

• Three days later, on the afternoon of 28th of July, a team of about 40 comrades, were attacked outside squat Delta by cops while they were gluing posters on the street . Some where taken to a police station but then left free.

• While lately it's under constant surveillance by undercover cops, a few nights ago two persons approached Pikrodáfni free space and tried to trespass, but their plan failed as they were noticed almost immediately. 

• Dawn of 1rst of August : Attempt to arson  the squat Prapopoulou and serious injury of an immigrant neighbor who tried to stop them.

• On Tuesday  4 August, 15 days after the first failed arson attempt on the squatted train wagon where radio revolt is  housed, there was a second attack. The perpetrators manage to break a small window and pour flammable fluids in the interior and cause a fire, with the result of small damages in the station's lounge.

Another atrocity from the authorities, is recorded  on Sunday,  July 12,  with the demolition of the refugee camp, their last shelter. The emigrants to whom we have shown our warm "hospitality" all these years. Before dawn a vast number of cops excluded access to the region, arrested whoever was inside the refugee camp -emigrants and 4 greeks who were there in solidarity to them- and then the whole mechanism of central and local State authorities operated harmonically -prefecture (nomarchy)/urban planning (with bulldozers), Electricity and Water Supply Services- flattened the few huts that where still standing after the fire which just "burst out" at the duration of the operation. One more, brutal assault, that deepens the rupture  between the fighting parts of the society that resist and the state mechanisms.

 The Greek government in associasion with fasists continues in several ways the attaks against Athens and Patras indymedia. The last one was OTE’s lawsiut towards the National Technical University of Athens frightened that they cut of indymedia who stays there.

We have to mention that the fasists posted at their sites immediately after the two lawsuies sent to the EDET celebrates the big victory against indymedia and against the freedom of speech.

The greek government force indymedia to close down because they frightenent by the free trading of ideas and informations and the way of indymedia helps the rebelian against them at the December 2008 after the death of Alexadros Grigoropoulos the 16 years old boy who murdered from the police with no reason.

If Athens indymedia closes, they heart the freedom of thought and speech. They stop the freedom of ideas in a Univercity that based in free trading of information and they took from the people one of most precious rights: the freedom of speech especially in a place like Univercity that it supposed to cultivate it.

Nikos Kundardas was transported in critical condition to Nikea's General Hospital from Korydallos Prison where he was being imprisoned. He is on hunger and thirst strike since Saturday 16 of May.

During the revolt in December, pressure and attacks against the 2 existing Indymedia sites (Athens and Patras) reached a peak.

With ridiculous questions during the Greek Parliament sessions from members of parliament belonging to a fascist political party, slanderous rumours and sneaky publications even from the Greek Communists Party official newspaper, as well as other daily newspapers, the State has activated its plans of shutting down Indymedia, a website of direct information used by socio-political movements and internet meeting point for thousands of people sharing their thoughts and actions, creating and organising a site of free expression and resistance against Capitalism and State agendas epitomized in the motto “profits above people”.

Let them all know that Indymedia is outside their sphere of authority and control, it belongs to those voices suppressed and gagged by their system, it's far away from their logic and morality. It is ours and will stay alive for as long as we need it to change this world.

Since Saturday morning Israeli troops are bombarding Gaza Strip from air and sea, causing thousands of wounded and over 300 deaths [fotos]. Israelis and Western Mass Media justify the assault as a “legitimate defence” against the “home-made” rockets fired by the resistance Palestine parties (Hamas, Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ), Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP)) from Gaza Strip to the area of Israel, mainly targeting Israeli settlers. The truth is that the truce has been violated long ago by Israelis themselves, who besieged the Gaza Strip (by air and sea) after election victory of the resistance party Hamas, aiming at the elimination of Palestine from the world map. Israelis have deployed troops and tanks at the borders of Israel and Gaza, preparing a ground attack in Gaza.

Palestinian armed Resistance Parties call to a new military intifada and are addressing the progressive and democratic mankind for solidarity to their just struggle and cause. Initially, Mahmud Abbas, blames Hamas for the new holocaust. However, under the pressure of massive and militant demonstrations in West Bank, he is enforced to change his claims. At the same time, the leaderships of Arabic regimes postpone the summit of Arab League till Wednesday 31/12, with ridiculous justifications. The government of Egypt refuses to open the Rafah crossing for all residents of Gaza. Contrary to this climate of non-confrontation and complicity of the Arabic regimes with Israel, massive gatherings and demonstrations take place in Israel and all Arabic countries, with slogans against Israel and Arabic governments. Nasrallah, leader of resistance party of Lebanon Hezbollah, urged Egyptians in their "millions" to take to the streets to force their government to open the country's border with Gaza, where Israel is conducting deadly air raids against Palestinians."If the Egyptian people took to the streets by the millions, could the police kill millions of Egyptians?” he asked.

The massive massacre in Gaza, enjoys the tolerance of European governments and the support of USA.

On Monday 29/12 the ship “Dignity” of Free Gaza Movement departed from Larnaka (Cyprus) for Gaza carrying medical supplies in its cargo and doctors, surgeons in its crew. On Tuesday 30/12, in the morning, “Dignity” was attacked with real fire ammunition and rammed by the Israeli naval forces in the International Waters, 90 miles off the coast of Gaza, who violated the International Law and the International Law for the Sea. “Dignity” was enforced to sail to Lebanon.

Solidarity rallies and demonstrations have been held across Europe too. In Athens, on Monday 29/12, a solidarity demonstration has been held outside the Israeli embassy. Arabs and Greek Demonstrators clashed with police force. 3 demonstrators were put into custody. One of them broke the police siege, went into the Israeli embassy and took the Israeli flag.
