Ο πρόεδρος της βολιβίας Evo Morales και ο κυβερνήτης της tarija Mario Cossio,εκπρόσωπος των πέντε αυτονομιστικών παρατάξεων,υπέγραψαν μια συμφωνία.


Αυτή η συμφωνία αποσκοπεί στο τέλος των συγκρούσεων και των διαδηλώσεων στην Βολιβία και η προσπάθεια να δοθεί πολιτική λύση στην κρίση που μαστίζει την χώρα.


Ο Evo Morales έχει διακόψει προς στιγμής την έγκριση του νέου συντάγματος,ενώ οι κυβερνήτες ασχολούνται με την σύνταξη εξεταστικής έρευνας σχετικά με τον θάνατο 18 πολιτών κατα την διάρκεια των συγκρούσεων.


*Ο Evo Morales της 10 σεπτεμβρίου απέβαλε απο την βολιβία τον αμερικανό πρεσβευτή Philip Goldberg με την κατηγορία οτι υποστήριζε τις εξεγέρσεις.
