Lida Sofianou and another protester who faced charges for felony under the enactment of hoodies-law [koukoulonomos], were released under the condition that they attend a police station once a month.
The protester facing misdemeanors was released without bail.
Untill 1:07pm (GMT+2) the protester accused of holding bow and ax, stood trial (photos of the “findings” of the police, here: http://athens.indymedia.org/front.php3?lang=el&article_id=1267176). He is injured in the chest, by thoracic rupture. His trial was adjourned by the prosecutor for Monday, 28/2, but he is still detained because he refused to give fingerprints. There, he will probably receive term until Monday.
