The international reconnaissance group InformNapalm has released a report [http://informnapalm.rocks/private-military-companies-in-russia-carrying-out-criminal-orders-of-the-kremlin] about the participation of commercial Russian private companies controlled by Russia's Federal Security Service in military operations in eastern Ukraine and Syria.
The report is based on open-source materials, said Ukraine's Deputy Information Policy Minister Dmytro Zolotukhin, who said the group would send a copy of the materials to law-enforcement agencies.
"We are working on official letters addressed to Ukraine's SBU Security Service and Ukraine's Justice Ministry, where specialists are working to collect materials for international court cases," he said.
The report, posted to InformNapalm's website, says the private Russian company Wagner participated directly in the annexation of Crimea in early 2014. The report says Wagner company employees received military medals and certificates signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
The report provides information about ten Russian military companies.
