Την Κυριακή 16.02.2020 και ώρα 12.00 στην Πλατεία Κυψέλης καλούμε σε μικροφωνική συγκέντρωση αλληλεγγύης στον Irdi Κ.

Στις 12 Μαρτίου εξετάζεται για δεύτερη φορά το αίτημα του Irdi K. για ακύρωση της απόφασης της Περιφέρειας Κεντρικής Μακεδονίας, που αποφάσισε να μην ανανεώσει την άδεια παραμονής του, με την δικαιολογία ότι αποτελεί “δημόσιο κίνδυνο”. Ο παραπάνω αυθαίρετος χαρακτηρισμός, βασίζεται στο γεγονός ότι το 2014 ο Irdi K. είχε συμμετάσχει στην πορεία μνήμης για την δολοφονία του Αλέξανδρου Γρηγορόπουλου το 2008 από τον μπάτσο Επαμεινώνδα Κορκονέα. Η πορεία αυτή είχε και τον χαρακτήρα αλληλεγγύης στην απεργία πείνας του Ν. Ρωμανού.

Η άμεση απειλή της απέλασης που αντιμετωπίζει ο Irdi K., ως μετανάστης από την Αλβανία, είναι ένα από τα βασικότερα εργαλεία του ελληνικού κράτους στην διαχείριση του μεταναστευτικού πληθυσμού. Οι μετανάστ(ρι)ες εξ ορισμού αντιμετωπίζονται από το ελληνικό κράτος ως εθνικός κίνδυνος και απειλή για την δημόσια τάξη και υγεία. Από τις εξεγέρσεις στην Αμυγδαλέζα μέχρι την Μόρια, από τον αγώνα της Σάναα Τάλεμπ και των υπόλοιπων μεταναστριών στο Ελληνικό και την Π. Ράλλη, ο θεσμικός/μιντιακός λόγος περί μεταναστ(ρι)ών που δεν πειθαρχούν φέρει πάντα τον χαρακτήρα του δημόσιου κινδύνου και συνοδεύεται τις περισσότερες φορές από την ποινή της απέλασης.

Το γεγονός ότι ο Irdi K., όπως και χιλιάδες μετανάστ(ρι)ες, έχει μεγαλώσει και χτίσει τη ζωή και τις σχέσεις του σε αυτόν τον τόπο δεν έχει και τόση σημασία για το ελληνικό κράτος. Παρά μόνο στο βαθμό που αυτή η διαμονή συνοδεύεται από εκμετάλλευση και πειθάρχηση. Η αντιμεταναστευτική πολιτική του, με τους πνιγμούς στο Αιγαίο και τις δεκάδες Μόριες σε όλη την Ελλάδα, είναι ριζωμένη στην θεσμοθετημένη παρανομοποίηση και την υποτίμηση των μεταναστ(ρι)ών. Αυτό που φαίνεται ως μια απλή γραφειοκρατική υπόθεση, αυτή η χρόνια ρουτίνα συλλογής δικαιολογητικών και η ανάλογη ταρίφα για την ανανέωση ή όχι των χαρτιών, δεν είναι παρά η αποτύπωση μιας βαθιά ρατσιστικής πολιτικής.

Μέσα σε αυτό το πλαίσιο, η επιλογή του Irdi K. να υπερασπίζεται την πολιτική του ταυτότητα, ως αναρχικός, τον κάνει τουλάχιστον δύο φορές επικίνδυνο και ανεπιθύμητο. Συμπυκνώνει για το ελληνικό κράτος και ισχυρό κομμάτι της κοινωνίας τόσο τον εξωτερικό εχθρό, ως μετανάστη από την Αλβανία, όσο και τον εσωτερικό, ως αναρχικό και αγωνιζόμενο άνθρωπο.

Για μας ο “δημόσιος κίνδυνος” παραμένει στα έδρανα της βουλής, στα μεγάλα και μικρά αφεντικά που εκμεταλλεύονται και καταπιέζουν τις ζωές μας στο όνομα του κέρδους. Στους επενδυτές και τις τράπεζες που λεηλατούν την φύση στο όνομα της ανάπτυξης. Σε αυτούς που διώχνουν τους φτωχούς από τις γειτονιές τους για να παρελάσει ο τουρισμός και το χρήμα. Σε αυτούς που ετοιμάζονται να κατασχέσουν την πρώτη κατοικία. Είναι αυτοί που επιτίθενται στις καταλήψεις επειδή τους χαλάνε αυτά τα σχέδια.

Irdi K. do qëndroj me ne

Në datën 12 Mars ekzaminohet për herë të dytë kërkesa e Irdit K. për anullimin e vendimit qe doli nga Qarku i Maqedonisë Qendrore në Selanik. Ky vendim thotë se Irdi K. nuk mund të rinovojë lejen e tij të qëndrimit, për arsye se konsiderohet "rrezik publik". Irdi K. karaktirizohet nga shteti grek si "rrezik publik" vetem sepse në vitin 2014 mori pjesë ne demostratën kujtimore për vrasjen e Aleksandros Grigoropulos (në vitin 2008) nga polici Epaminondha Korkonea. Kjo demonstratë shprehte dhe solidaritet me Niko Romano që ne atë kohë bënte grevë urie.

Kërcënimi i deportimit që përballon Irdi K., si një emigrant nga Shqipëria, është një nga mjetet kryesore të shtetit grek për menaxhimin e emigrantëve. Emigrantet konsiderohen nga shteti grek një rrezik kombëtar, një kërcënim për rendin dhe shëndetin publik. Që nga ngritjet në Amigdhaleza deri në Moria, nga rezistencat e Sanaa Taleb dhe të emigranteve të tjera në Eliniko dhe në Petru Rali, mediat dhe shteti paraqesin dhe karaktirizojnë emigrantët dhe emigrantet të padisiplinuara si një "rrezik publik". Në shumë raste ky karakterizim shoqërohet me dënimin e deportimit.

Fakti se Irdi K., si mijëra emigrantë të tjerë, është rritur dhe ka ndërtuar jetën e tij në këtë vend nuk ka shumë rëndësi për shtetin grek. Ajo që është e rëndsishme për atë është se jeta e emigrantëve ne greqi të shoqërohet me shfrytëzim dhe disiplinë. Politika e shtetit grek kundra emigracionit, qe shprehet me mbytjet në detin Egje dhe dhjetëra kampe si Moria në të gjithë Greqinë, bazohet në paligjshmërinë dhe zhvlerësimin e emigrantëve. Mbledhja e dokumentave si dhe pagesa e tarifës për rinovimin e letrave, një rutinë e cila përsëritet vite, sado që duket si një çështje thjesht burokratike nuk është gjë tjetër veçse një politikë thellësisht raciste.

Në këtë kontekst, zgjedhja e Irdit K. të mbështesi identitetin e tij politik, si anarkist, e bën atë dy herë të rrezikshëm dhe të padëshiruar. Identitenti i tij, si një emigrantë nga Shqipëria por edhe si një anarkist dhe aktivist, pasqyronë, për shetin grek dhe për një pjesë të rëndësishme të shoqërisë, jo vetëm armikun e jashtëm por edhe të brëndshëm.

Për ne, "rreziku publik" gjendet brenda parlamenit, në pronarët e mëdhenj e të vegjël që na shfrytëzojnë dhe na shtypin në emër të fitimit. "Rrezik publik" janë investorët dhe bankat që plaçkisin natyrën në emër të zhvillimit. Janë ata që largojnë të varfërit nga lagjet e tyre që të hapin rrugën për turizëm dhe fitime. Ata që përgatiten të marrin nga banorët shtëpitë ku banojnë kur në të njëjtën kohë sulmojnë te ndërtesat e okupuara (katalipsi) për shkak se ato i kundërshtohen këtyre planeve.

Irdi K. will stay with us

On the 12th of March, the appeal of Irdi K. for the nullification of the Central Macedonia Prefecture's decision to deny the renewal of his residence permit, on grounds that he is a ‘public threat’, is going to be examined. This arbitrary definition is based on the fact that in 2014 Irdi K. had participated in a demonstration in memory of the murder of Alexis Grigoropoulos in 2008 by the cop Korkoneas. This demonstration was carried out also in solidarity with N. Romanos who was then on hunger strike in prison.

The immediate deportation threat which Irdi K. is faced with, as a migrant from Albania, is one of the greek state’s most elementary tools in its management of the migration population. Migrants are treated by the greek state as by definition a national threat to public order and public health. From the revolts in Amygdaleza and Moria, to the struggle of Sanaa Taleb and all the women migrants in Helliniko and Petrou Ralli prisons, the institutional/media discourse regarding migrants who are not compliant, is always painted with their description as a public threat and is almost always accompanied by a deportation order.

The fact that Irdi K., just like thousands of migrants, has grown up in this place, has built here his life and his relations, is of little importance to the greek state. It only matters to the extent that this residence is accompanied by his exploitation and obedience. The greek state’s anti-migration policy, with the drownings in the Aegean sea and the dozens of Moria type camps spread across the country, constitutes the deeply rooted and institutionalized criminalization and subjugation of migrants. What seems like a simple bureaucratic issue, this lengthy routine of collecting documents and paying up the corresponding tariffs to get one’s papers renewed, or not, is nothing but the reflection of a deeply racist policy.

In this framework, the stance of Irdi K. to defend his political identity as an anarchist, constitutes him twice as dangerous and unwanted. His example condenses, for the greek state and the powerful part of society, as much the external enemy, as a migrant from Albania, as the internal, as an anarchist and struggler.

For us, the ‘public threat’ is sitting in the seats of parliament, is to be found in the big and small bosses who exploit and oppress our lives in the name of profit. The threat is found in the investors and the banks who loot nature in the name of growth. In those who squeeze out the poor from their neighborhoods so as to make way for tourism and big bucks. In those who are getting ready to impound people’s only homes. It is them who are attacking squats because squats stand in the way of their designs.
