[GR] ΔΕΝ ΘΑ ΕΠΙΤΡΕΨΟΥΜΕ ΤΗ ΔΟΛΟΦΟΝΙΑ ΤΟΥ ALFREDO COSPITO,
ΣΕ ΑΠΕΡΓΙΑ ΠΕΙΝΑΣ ΑΠΟ 20/10/2022
ΚΑΛΕΣΜΑ ΣΕ ΕΒΔΟΜΑΔΑ ΔΡΑΣΗΣ ΑΠΟ 28 ΝΟΕΜΒΡΙΟΥ ΕΩΣ 5 ΔΕΚΕΜΒΡΙΟΥ
Στις 20 Οκτωβρίου 2022, ο αναρχικός Alfredo Cospito ξεκίνησε επ’αορίστου απεργία πείνας.
Ο Alfredo, ένας επαναστάτης κρατούμενος από το 2012, μεταφέρθηκε στη φυλακή Μπανκάλι στη Σαρδηνία στις 5 Μαΐου και υπόκειται επί του παρόντος στο καθεστώς της φυλακής 41 bis, μια κατάσταση που καταγγέλλεται επανειλημμένα ως μια μορφή βασανιστηρίων που βασίζεται στην αισθητηριακή στέρηση. Θυμόμαστε ότι το συγκεκριμένο καθεστώς φυλακών εφαρμόζεται και σε τρεις συντρόφους του BR.PCC, στους οποίους ανανεώνεται κατά τα τελευταία 17 χρόνια.
Αυτή η απεργία πείνας, ως ύστατη μορφή αγώνα, σκοπεύει να υποστηρίξει τα ακόλουθα αιτήματα: Κατάργηση του καθεστώτος κράτησης «41 bis» για όλους/ες τους/ις κρατούμενους/ες και κατάργηση οποιασδήποτε άλλης μορφής ισόβιας κάθειρξης («ergastolo ostativo»), η οποία βασίζεται στην συνεργασία ή μη με τις δυνάμεις καταστολής σημαίνοντας το μόνο τρόπο για την απόκτηση προνομίων.
Άλλοι/η αναρχικοί/ή κρατούμενοι/η έχουν πάρει μέρος σε αυτήν την απεργία: από τις 25 Οκτωβρίου, ο Juan Sorroche που κρατείται στη φυλακή του Terni· από τις 27 Οκτωβρίου, ο Ivan Alocco στη φυλακή του Villepinte (Γαλλία)· από τις 7 Νοεμβρίου, η Anna Beniamino στη φυλακή της Rebibbia (Ρώμη)· και από τις 9 Νοεμβρίου, ο Toby Shone, κρατούμενος στην Αγγλία, στέκεται σε αλληλεγγύη με μια διαλείπουσα απεργία πείνας. Σινιάλο αλληλεγγύης είχε δοθεί και από το Γιάννη Μιχαηλίδη, έναν κρατούμενο που βρισκόταν ήδη σε απεργία πείνας για την υποστήριξη των έντεκα Τούρκων επαναστατών/τριών, οι οποίοι/ες επίσης βρίσκονται σε απεργία πείνας στις ελληνικές φυλακές.
Μετά από ένα μήνα μάχης, η πρωτοβουλία των κρατουμένων και η διεθνής κινητοποίηση που τους υποστηρίζει πέτυχαν τον στόχο τους να σπάσουν το τείχος της σιωπής με το οποίο οι αρχές και τα μέσα μαζικής ενημέρωσης προσπάθησαν να συγκαλύψουν αυτή την κατάσταση.
Παρόλα αυτά, δεν έχει γίνει κανένα συγκεκριμένο βήμα από το ιταλικό κράτος, το οποίο είναι υπεύθυνο για την κράτηση και τις συνθήκες υγείας του Alfredo Cospito, όπως και για την απομάκρυνση του κρατούμενου από αυτό το καθεστώς βασανιστηρίων στη φυλακή.
Μετά από περισσότερο από ένα μήνα απεργίας πείνας, οι ανησυχίες για την υγεία του και των/ης συντρόφων/ισσας που στέκονται στο πλευρό του δυναμώνουν, η ζωή τους/ης βρίσκονται σε κίνδυνο. Θεωρούμε τις αρχές του ιταλικού κράτους υπεύθυνες για αυτή την κατάσταση και για οποιαδήποτε βλάβη θα υποστεί η υγεία των απεργών.
Την 1η Δεκεμβρίου, το Εποπτικό Δικαστήριο που έχει την εξουσία να απομακρύνει τον Alfredo από το 41 bis θα συνεδριάσει στη Ρώμη.
Στις 5 Δεκεμβρίου, στο Τορίνο, η Anna και ο Alfredo θα δικαστούν για το αδίκημα της «σφαγής με πολιτικά κίνητρα», βάσει ενός άρθρου του φασιστικού ποινικού κώδικα που δεν καταργήθηκε ποτέ. Κινδυνεύουν να καταδικαστούν σε ισόβια κάθειρξη για την εμπρηστική επίθεση σε μπατσοσχολή (Carabinieri’s school) στο Fossano το 2006, μια επίθεση που δεν προκάλεσε ούτε θανάτους ούτε τραυματισμούς.
Επομένως, η περίοδος μεταξύ της πρώτης και της πέμπτης Δεκεμβρίου είναι υψίστης σημασίας για αυτήν την κινητοποίηση και απαιτεί τη μέγιστη δέσμευση όλων.
Η φυλάκιση του Alfedo Cospito σε ένα καθεστώς σωματικής και ψυχολογικής πολιτικής εξόντωσης αντιπροσωπεύει τον κίνδυνο για όλους/ες/α τους/ις/α αναρχικούς/ές/ά, επαναστάτες και κοινωνικές αγωνίστριες στην Ευρώπη, καθώς υποδηλώνει την τάση κλιμάκωσης της καταστολής στο τρέχον πλαίσιο οικονομικής και κοινωνικής κρίσης: το δικαίωμα στον πόλεμο σε εποχές πολέμου.
Μέσα από τις φυλακές, οι/η σύντροφοι/ισσα που βρίσκονται σε απεργία πείνας έδωσαν το παράδειγμα απαντώντας στην επίθεση της κυριαρχίας. Εμείς, απ’έξω, καλούμαστε να αγωνιστούμε προς χάριν της δέσμευσής τους/ης.
Προκειμένου να ακουστεί η φωνή του διεθνούς αναρχικού κινήματος, προσβλέπουμε σε μια εβδομάδα δράσεων αλληλεγγύης στην απεργία των/ης αναρχικών κρατουμένων/ης ενάντια στο καθεστώς 41 bis και την ισόβια κάθειρξη χωρίς δυνατότητα αναστολής, από τις 28 Νοεμβρίου έως τις 5 Δεκεμβρίου.

IN SCIOPERO DELLA FAME
APPELLO PER UNA SETTIMANA DI AZIONE DAL 28 NOVEMBRE AL 5 DICEMBRE
Il giorno 20 2022 ottobre l’anarchico Alfredo Cospito ha iniziato uno sciopero della fame ad oltranza.
Alfredo, prigioniero rivoluzionario dal 2012, il 5 maggio scorso è stato trasferito nel carcere di Bancali in Sardegna ed è sottoposto al 41 bis, regime carcerario più volte denunciato come forma di tortura basata sulla tecnica della deprivazione sensoriale. Ricordiamo che questo regime detentivo speciale è applicato anche a tre compagni delle BR PCC, ai quali viene costantemente rinnovato da oltre 17 anni.
Lo sciopero della fame, forma estrema di lotta, serve a supportare le seguenti richieste: Abolizione del regime detentivo 41 bis per tutti i detenuti e abolizione dell’ergastolo ostativo ( una forma di detenzione perpetua che richiede la collaborazione con le forze repressive come unica possibilità di ottenere benefici).
A questo sciopero hanno aderito altri prigionieri anarchici: dal 25 ottobre Juan Sorroche nel carcere di Terni; dal 27 ottobre Ivan Alocco nel carcere di Villepinte (Francia); dal 7 novembre Anna Beniamino nel carcere di Rebibbia (Roma); dal 9 novembre Toby Shone, detenuto in Inghilterra, sta solidarizzando con uno sciopero della fame ad intermittenza . Un segnale di solidarietà è dato anche da Giannis Michailidis, prigioniero, già in sciopero della fame a sostegno degli undici rivoluzionari turchi anche essi in sciopero della fame nelle carceri greche.
Dopo un mese di lotta l’iniziativa dei prigionieri e la mobilitazione internazionale che li sta sostenendo hanno raggiunto l’obbiettivo di rompere il muro del silenzio con cui le autorità ed i media hanno tentato di nascondere questa vicenda.
Nonostante questo, nessun passo concreto è stato compiuto dallo Stato italiano, responsabile delle condizioni di detenzione e di salute di Alfredo Cospito, per toglie il prigioniro dal regime carcerario di tortura.
Dopo oltre un mese di sciopero della fame le preoccupazioni per la sua salute e per quelle degli alti compagni diventano sempre più forti, la loro vita è in pericolo. Riteniamo le autorità dello Stato italiano responsabili di questa situazione e di ogni eventuale danno che la salute degli scioperanti subirà.
Il primo dicembre si riunirà a Roma il tribunale di sorveglianza che ha il potere di togliere Alfredo dal 41 bis.
Il 5 dicembre a Torino, Anna ed Alfredo, secondo il codice penale fascista mai abrogato, verranno giudicati per il reato di “strage politica”. Rischiano la condanna all’ergastolo ostativo per l’attacco esplosivo alla scuola allievi carabinieri di Fossano del 2006, attacco che non provocò ne morti ne feriti.
Il periodo tra il primo ed il cinque di dicembre è quindi di estrema importanza per questa mobilitazione e richiede il massimo impegno da parte di tutti.
La detenzione di Alfedo Cospito in un regime di annientamento politico fisico e psicologico rappresenta un pericolo per tutti gli anarchici, i rivoluzionari ed i combattenti sociali in Europa in quanto indica la tendenza all’inasprirsi della repressione nell’attuale contesto di crisi economica e sociale: un diritto di guerra per tempi di guerra.
Dall’interno delle galere i compagni in sciopero della fame danno l’esempio rispondendo all’attacco del dominio. Noi, all’esterno, siamo chiamati ad essere all’altezza del loro impegno.
Per fare sentire la voce del movimento anarchico internazionale lanciamo una settimana di azione in solidarietà con lo sciopero dei prigionieri anarchici contro il regime 41 bis e l’ergastolo ostativo, dal 28 novembre al 5 Dicembre.

ON HUNGER STRIKE SINCE 20/10/2022
CALL FOR A WEEK OF ACTION FROM THE 28TH OF NOVEMBER
TO THE 5TH OF DECEMBER
On the 20th of October 2022 the anarchist Alfredo Cospito had began a limitless hunger strike.
Alfredo, a revolutionary prisoner since 2012, was transferred to the Bancali prison in Sardinia on the 5th of May and is currently subjected to the 41 bis prison regime, a situation repeatedly denounced as a form of torture based on sensory deprivation. We remember that this particular prison regime is also applied to three comrades of the BR.PCC, to whom it has been renewed for the past 17 years.
This hunger strike, as an extreme form of struggle, serves to support the following demands: Abolition of the "41 bis" detention regime for all prisoners, and the abolition of another form life imprisonment ("ergastolo ostativo") which is based on the collaboration with the repressive forces as the only way to obtain benefits.
Other anarchist prisoners have joined this strike: from the 25th of October, Juan Sorroche detained in the Terni prison; since 27th of October, Ivan Alocco from the Villepinte prison (France); since the 7th of november, Anna Beniamino in the Rebibbia prison (Rome); and from the 9th of November, Toby Shone, detained in England, has been solidarising with an intermittent hunger strike. A sign of solidarity had also arrived by Giannis Michailidis, a prisoner already on hunger strike in support of the eleven Turkish revolutionaries also on hunger strike in the Greek prisons.
After a month of battle, the prisoners' initiative and the international mobilisation that is supporting them have achieved their goal of breaking the wall of silence with which the authorities and the media have tried to conceal this situation.
Despite this, no concrete step has been taken by the Italian state, which is responsible for Alfredo Cospito's detention and health conditions, to remove the prisoner from the prison regime of torture.
After more than a month of hunger strike the worries for his health and those of his fellow prisoners are growing stronger, their lives are in danger. We hold the Italian State authorities responsible for this situation and for any damage that the strikers' health will suffer.
On 1 December the surveillance court that has the power to remove Alfredo from 41 bis will meet in Rome.
On the 5th of December, in Turin, Anna and Alfredo will be tried for the crime of 'political slaughter', under an article of the fascist penal code that was never repealed. They risk being sentenced to life imprisonment for the explosive attack on the Carabinieri cadet school in Fossano in 2006, an attack that caused neither deaths nor injuries.
The period between the first and fifth of December is therefore of utmost importance for this mobilisation and requires maximum commitment from everyone.
The imprisonment of Alfedo Cospito in a regime of physical and psychological political annihilation represents a danger for all anarchists, revolutionaries and social fighters in Europe as it indicates the tendency to escalate repression in the current context of economic and social crisis: a right of war for times of war.
From inside the jails, comrades on hunger strike set an example by responding to the onslaught of domination. We, on the outside, are called to fight up for their commitment.
In order to make the voice of the international anarchist movement heard, we are launching a week of action in solidarity with the anarchist prisoners' strike against the 41 bis regime and hostile life imprisonment, from the 28th November to the 5th of December.
